Before you buy a CPAP machine, try a few simple improvements
    1. Sleep on your side
    2. Don’t drink
    3. Don’t snack for at least 3 hours before bed

If you need help sleeping on your side, try something like a Rematee Bumper Belt.

I’ve been diagnosed with OSA too and almost went for the surgery. Thank goodness I didn’t go through with that. I’m using cpap from cpapman.com and it’s been great.

i went to the ENT today and he said i mostly have sleep apnea and suggested to take the sleep study home machine for 400 cnd dollars, is that a fair price, and is it the same as staying at a hospital for observation?

Sleep studies and CPAP machines are quite costly. Are there any homemade remedies that could alleviate this condition? Thank you.
